देवास। देवास शहर सहित जिले भर में लाइसेंसी शराब ठेकेदारों द्वारा गांव-गांव व गली-मोहल्लों में अवैध ठिये स्थापित कर शराब की सप्लाय की जाती है। सुबह से लेकर देर रात तक शराब ठेकेदारों की गाडिय़ां इन अवैध ठिकानों पर शराब की पेटियां देते दिखाई देती है। इस मामले का खुलासा भी कई बार मीडिया कर चुकी है, किंतु फिर भी आबकारी महकमा व पुलिस विभाग कार्यवाही करने से कतरा रहा है। इसी का उदाहरण रविवार की दोपहर में ग्राम चंदाना में देखने को मिला है, जहां लाइसेंसी शराब ठेकेदार की मारूति वैन क्रमांक एमपी 41 बीसी 0249 एक अवैध ठिकाने पर शराब उतारते हुए दिखाई दी और शराब कोई पुरुष नहीं, बल्कि एक युवती उतार रही थी। शराब उतारते हुए मीडिया कर्मियों ने फोटो, वीडियो भी बनाए, जो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो गए। यहां तक कि अवैध शराब के इस कारोबार की तस्वीरें आबकारी निरीक्षक से लेकर सहायक आबकारी आयुक्त वंदना पांडेय और उज्जैन में बैठे संभागीय अधिकारी संजय तिवारी तक भी पहुंच गई। बावजूद इसके मामला उजागर होने के दो घंटे बाद तक भी आबकारी विभाग का एक भी अधिकारी मौके पर नहीं पहुंचा। हालांकि मीडिया कर्मियों की शिकायत पर सिविल लाइन थाना पुलिस मौके पर पहुंच गई थी और मामला शराब ठेकेदार की गाड़ी का था, इसीलिए टीआई संजय सिंह ने पूरे मामले की जानकारी आबकारी विभाग को दे दी थी। उनका कहना था कि यह शराब लाइसेंसी ठेकेदार की है, इसीलिए मामले की जांच आबकारी विभाग को ही करना है। उधर बाद में पता चला कि शराब ठेकेदार ने ले-देकर मामला निपटा लिया। शायद यही वजह रही कि देर शाम तक आबकारी विभाग ने भी इस मामले में कोई कार्यवाही करना तो दूर अधिकारियों ने फोन तक नहीं उठाए। इससे साफ जाहिर होता है कि अवैध शराब कारोबार पर अंकुश लगाने वाले जिम्मेदार विभाग के अधिकारी ही इस कारोबार को बढ़ावा दे रहे है। इस संबंध में आबकारी निरीक्षक निधि शर्मा व सहायक आबकारी आयुक्त वंदना पांडेय से देर रात तक संपर्क करने का प्रयास किया गया, किंतु उनसे चर्चा नहीं हो सकी।

रविवार की दोपहर में जब लाइसेंसी ठेकेदार की मारूति वैन से एक अवैध ठिकाने पर शराब उतारी जा रही थी, तब कुछ पत्रकारों ने उसके फोटो-वीडियो बनाना शुरु कर दिये। यह देखकर चालक ने मारूति वैन भगा ली और सीधे शराब दुकान पर ले जाकर खड़ी कर दी। जहां पर पुलिस तो पहुंच गई थी, किंतु आबकारी विभाग का कोई अधिकारी नहीं पहुंचा और शराब ठेकेदार ने कहानी बना दी कि हम तो एक दुकान से दूसरी दुकान पर शराब भेज रहे थे। कुल मिलाकर शराब ठेकेदार व आबकारी अधिकारियों की मिलीभगत से शराब तस्करी का मामला रफा-दफा हो गया।
