देवास- सहायक आयुक्त राज्य कर वृत्त देवास ने वेयरहाऊस अथवा गोडाऊन के संचालक/मालिको सूचित करते हुए बताया कि मध्यप्रदेश माल एवं सेवा कर अधिनियम 2017 की धारा 35 (2) एवं नियम 58 के अन्तर्गत अपने वेयरहाऊस/गोडाऊन का इनरोलमेन्ट करवाकर रिकार्ड एवं लेखा संधारित रखें, अन्यथा मध्यप्रदेश माल एवं सेवा कर अधिनियम 2017 की धारा 125 के अन्तर्गत विधानानुसार शास्ति आरोपण की कार्यवाही की जायेगी।
सहायक आयुक्त राज्य कर वृत्त देवास ने बताया कि मध्यप्रदेश माल एवं सेवा कर अधिनियम 2017 की धारा 35 (2) एवं नियम 58 के अन्तर्गत वेयरहाऊस अथवा गोडाऊन के मालिक/संचालक को माल का स्टोरेज करने एवं माल से संबंधित रिकार्ड/लेखा रखने का प्रावधान है। वेयरहाऊस संघ, जिला देवास के माध्यम से देवास जिले में स्थित सभी वेयरहाऊस अथवा गोडाऊन के संचालक अथवा मालिकों को मध्यप्रदेश माल एवं सेवा कर अधिनियम अन्तर्गत इनरोलमेन्ट कराने की सूचना दी गई है। वेयरहाऊस अथवा गोडाऊन के किसी भी संचालक/मालिक ने अधिनियम के तहत अपना इनरोलमेंट आज दिनांक तक नहीं कराया है।
